Special Projects
Some of our clients don’t need our on-going general
counsel services, but want the help of veteran business
lawyers for particular projects. In-state and out-of-state
lawyers also ask us to help with matters that require
our expertise, and we take special care to preserve
the relationship between those lawyers and their clients.

Start Ups
We’ve helped many start-up businesses form corporations,
limited liability companies, partnerships, and other
entities. We work with the client’s tax advisor
to determine the best capital structure for the business.
We provide advice regarding financing and put in place
at the outset the appropriate management and decision-making
arrangements. We help with key employment issues, such
as executive employment agreements, stock options, stock
appreciation rights and performance (phantom) stock.
