Approach

Regardless of the size, all businesses are run by real people with important goals and objectives. As a Seattle real estate and business attorney, I enjoy helping companies of all sizes – from family-owned businesses to large corporations. My greatest professional satisfaction comes from helping businesses succeed, especially given the personal friendships developed with clients over many years.

I look forward to the opportunity to learn about your business.

Professional Experience

Prior to co-founding Henke Bartram, Dan practiced at the Seattle law firms of Vandeberg Johnson & Gandara and Helsell Fetterman LLP.  He has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and business.

Spending Free Time

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me on a river, or a lake, or the ocean (or a puddle if I think there might be a fish in it), fly rod in hand, enjoying in one form or another, a fishing misadventure. I’ve been known to fly half way around the world, catch a fish, and let it go.
