Practice: Dan Henke has focused his practice on advising privately-held companies and families and individuals in business on a wide range of issues, from business formation and acquisition through day-to-day operations and the extraordinary events of succession and transfer.

Experience: Dan has a broad range of business and real estate experience. Over the last 25 years, he has advised businesses and their principals in a wide variety of industries on formation, acquisition and sale, shareholder and partner relations, capitalization and financing, contracts, real estate purchase and sale, financing, leasing, and disputes, environmental law, and employment law. He has represented family businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and transnational corporations.

Education: Dartmouth College (B.A. 1976, cum laude, with honors); Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley (J.D., 1979, Managing Editor, Ecology Law Quarterly).

Memberships: Dan is admitted to the state bars of Washington and Idaho, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
