Professional Experience: Mr. Bartram has worked as a business lawyer in Seattle, WA since 1986. He practiced at the Seattle law firms of Vandeberg Johnson & Gandara and Helsell Fetterman LLP, where he was Chair of the Business Department. Mr. Bartram has advised businesses in a variety of industries and of a variety of sizes, including local, regional and national corporations.

Education: JD and MBA, 1986, University of Washington (with honors); MSBA, Boston University (Germany site), 1981; BA, Seattle University, 1977 (summa cum laude).
